Let's show the world how good our schools are!
New Zealand’s education system is an Education World Cup contender – we’re one of the top performing systems in the world.
Educators would like to see us aiming to be the very best. But currently education is going through a difficult time. Some people would like to see schools run more like factories. Sir Ken Robinson explains the big picture in this video.
On the other hand, educators - and parents and students - want to see a quality system that enables every child to reach their full potential. We have to persuade decision-makers to listen to the players. Let’s show them just how good we are. Let’s make it so the coach and manager have to listen to what the players are saying.
We have one of the best education systems in the world – let's aspire to the World Cup!
